2. What Fungry provides
Fungry is a taste-matching service that recommends dishes from partner restaurant menus based on a personal taste profile you build.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fungry.
4. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
Don't scrape the service, attempt to disrupt it, abuse other users, impersonate anyone, or use Fungry for unlawful purposes.
6. Partner restaurants
Menu information, prices, and dish details are supplied by the partner restaurant. The accuracy of that information is the partner's responsibility, not Fungry's.
7. Intellectual property
The Fungry name, brand, software, and matching model are owned by Fungry. Restaurant menu content remains the property of the respective restaurant.
8. Allergens & dietary information
Fungry surfaces dietary tags and allergen information provided by partner restaurants but cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Always confirm allergens, ingredients, and preparation directly with the restaurant before ordering, especially if you have allergies or medical dietary requirements.
9. Disclaimers
Fungry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees of satisfaction.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fungry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Fungry at any time and delete your account from your profile settings.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
