Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 July 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Fungry as a restaurant partner, you agree to be bound by these terms on behalf of your restaurant. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What Fungry provides

Fungry is a taste-matching platform for restaurants. We help you turn first-time diners into regulars via QR-based taste profiling, personalised dish recommendations, a taste club, and menu-performance insights.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into agreements on behalf of your restaurant to use Fungry.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your restaurant account credentials secure, for the accuracy of the menu and business information you provide, and for any activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

Don't scrape the platform, attempt to disrupt it, misuse diner data, impersonate another business, or use Fungry for unlawful purposes.

6. Menu content & accuracy

Menu information, prices, ingredients, allergens, and dish details are supplied by you. You are responsible for keeping this content accurate and up to date. Fungry is not liable for inaccuracies in restaurant-supplied content.

7. Intellectual property

The Fungry name, brand, software, and matching model are owned by Fungry. Menu content you upload remains your property; you grant Fungry a licence to host, display, and process it to deliver the platform to you and your diners.

8. Allergens & dietary information

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of allergen, ingredient, and dietary information you provide. Fungry displays this information to diners on your behalf and instructs diners to confirm allergens with your staff before ordering, but the underlying accuracy is your responsibility.

9. Disclaimers

Fungry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Recommendations and insights are suggestions, not guarantees of diner satisfaction or business outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fungry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate restaurant accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Fungry at any time by contacting us to close your account.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
